The challenge
Before implementing these enhancements, I conducted in-depth research with both new and existing Maxim users. Our findings revealed several key issues, including limited payment methods, user privacy concerns, and overall usability challenges. Among these, I identified the map feature as a major pain point, as users often struggled to accurately set their pick-up and drop-off locations. Addressing this issue became our top priority to improve the overall booking experience.
In this project, I focused on enhancing the user experience of the Maxim app by improving key features such as the Homepage, Payment Method, Ongoing Order, and Completion Page.
Key Features :
The redesigned Homepage ensures a more intuitive navigation experience, making it easier for users to access essential services.
The updated Payment Method provides a seamless and secure transaction process with clearer options.
Enhancements in the Ongoing Order feature allow users to track their ride status more efficiently,
while the revamped Completion Page delivers a better post-ride experience with key details and feedback options.
These design solutions aim to create a smoother, more user-friendly experience that improves usability and engagement.
