Design Analysis

The Upload Files modal is designed with a clean and intuitive interface, making the file upload process seamless. The drag-and-drop feature allows quick uploads, while the “Browse” button provides an alternative for users who prefer manual selection. The visual hierarchy is straightforward, ensuring that users can easily understand the process.

Each uploaded file is listed with its format and size, along with clear feedback indicators—a checkmark for completed uploads, a progress bar for ongoing ones, and a red label for incomplete uploads. The file constraints (PDF, DOC/DOCX, max 2MB) are stated to manage user expectations.

The illustration adds a friendly touch, reinforcing the upload action. The layout remains minimal and functional, ensuring focus on the core task. The close button (“X”) is placed in the expected top-right position, maintaining usability standards. The error message system clearly communicates issues, keeping users informed throughout the process.
