Hand of God

I didn't plan to create my own CMS this weekend, but that's what happened.

I wanted something simple in both appearance and functionality that would allow non-technical clients to make changes to copy, but not styles, structure, or anything else. After hours of searching (and rejecting WordPress for its bloat, Perch for its UI, anything using Markdown for its learning curve, etc.) I decided that what I was looking for would be best built myself.

Aside from the odd include, I have no experience with PHP. I sent this tweet on Thursday night. By Sunday evening I had the fully-functional v0.1 you see above.
