Kita Sama: A Civic Portal Concept (2018 - Present)
Since 2018, I've been deeply interested in urban planning and its impact on community well-being. A crucial aspect of this is the accessibility of public services and information from local governments. This inspired the "Kita Sama" concept.
"Kita Sama," short for "Kita Satu Magelang" (We Are One Magelang), envisions a unified portal for the city and regency of Magelang, consolidating two distinct government entities into a single, user-friendly platform. This portal would function as a One-Stop Service (OSS) for residents, providing streamlined access to essential government services such as business licensing, social assistance, healthcare, education, and more.
The primary goal is to enhance public satisfaction by simplifying interactions with government services through a centralized and intuitive platform. This concept is an ongoing project, evolving alongside my understanding of governmental bureaucracy and user-centered design principles.
