Copy that Claude.

Copy that. Writing and editing copy is not the most visual task, but connecting copy and imagery is key. Tones that are adjacent to the writing are getting easier to attach as we build out our marketing narratives. We have been using Claude to play editor on our copy and text. The consistency of tone is the best we have found and many of these social media posts we write ourselves. An organic process Dribbble is our first line in exploring what we are trying to say, rather helps us articulate.

The next stages have been to outline our sequence of content and understand which of our tones is addressing the intended audience, with keywords and decisive authors we have several copy writers to draw from in Claude. It creates efficiencies for a small boutique company like ours and over the next couple posts I will be trying to get out how Social media is only part of an iterative process. Once we have something to test with we will circle full round to our human writer. We enjoy what we get but know that the final touches will come from a professional writer, senior as we need the final wisdom to be bestowed by earned experience.

About Wco

We established The Wayfinder Company (Wco), when our passion for mapping collided with our trail adventures. Every product we design gets thoroughly trail-tested (sometimes with mud-covered boots and all!). Our mission? Craft intuitive and memorable tools that not only help you navigate but deepen your connection with the natural world around you.

As a mountaineer and illustrator, the duet of passions eventually integrated with parenting. Wco beautifully merged worlds and that's why our maps now feature Augmented Reality elements that spark wonder for explorers of all ages! Because finding your way should feel less like following directions and more like discovering something magical.

The Local Perspective

Where Heritage Meets Horizon

With trails beneath our feet we walk paths that continue to contribute to our Canadian identity. This dynamic conversation between culture and landscape runs deep in our national story—beginning on the trail and flowing outward into who we've become.

Part of this powerful exchange, we've committed to sourcing our insights directly from the peoples that work on these trails, where authentic experiences speak volumes. By returning to these original pathways, we uncover the genuine voices that have guided Canadian explorers for generations and are reshaping many of the mountain culture narratives in fun and entertaining ways.
