The motivation

This project started with the will to improve the difficulty of finding and booking a doctor's appointment, which has been plaguing my life.

The Challenges

• Simplify the user experience

• Remove the clutter

• Shorten the start-to-finish booking process

• Improve the usability by improving the information hierarchy

The Result

The new and simplified app has fewer steps to book an appointment. It allows to filter the initial need to ensure that you are getting the service you need as quickly and as efficiently as possible.
