📌 Project Overview

I provided end-to-end landing page design services for re:find Interim & Executive Search, a recruitment agency aiming to disrupt the transactional nature of talent acquisition. The project focused on creating a human-centric digital experience that emphasized their unique value proposition: building relationships over filling roles.

The design prioritized converting frustrated hiring managers into loyal clients by showcasing their expertise in niche "purple squirrel" candidate searches through warm visuals, candid storytelling, and trust-building elements like real-time client retention metrics (98%) and localized SEO for key markets (London/NYC).

The final deliverable included a mobile-first UI/UX framework in Figma, interactive prototypes, and conversion-optimized components like an Emergency Hiring Calculator.

💡 The Challenge

The recruitment industry is saturated with agencies relying on stale corporate aesthetics and generic promises, leading to widespread client distrust. re:find needed to stand out while addressing three core pain points:

1) skepticism toward recruiters who "ghost,"

2) difficulty communicating their niche in interim/executive searches

3) industry jargon that alienates time-strapped clients. My solution stripped away stock imagery and robotic language, replacing them with authentic elements—candid team photos, unpolished client testimonials, and a visual "purple squirrel" motif that turned their niche expertise into a memorable brand anchor. The design openly acknowledged recruiter stereotypes (e.g., "We actually return calls") to disarm visitors and build credibility.
