Social Media Strategy and Community Engagement

As a Social Media Specialist for Community Pet Project Inc., I manage and enhance the organization’s digital presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok. By creating engaging content tailored to each platform and tracking performance metrics, I have successfully grown the TikTok following to over 100 followers, increasing engagement and awareness.

Utilizing Canva, I design promotional graphics that have reached 3.6K users and generated 640 content interactions.

Additionally, I've analyzed social media data using Microsoft Excel and Google Docs to optimize future outreach efforts. Adapting my approach to fit the unique audiences and needs of each platform has been key to fostering engagement. Engaging with the online community through comments and messages has strengthened supporter relationships, while my event posts have contributed to increased community participation and fundraising success.
