I subscribed to several high-end newsletters, expecting refined, immersive welcome emails. Instead, I found bland, uninspired messages that failed to reflect the brands' prestige.

Take Polène Paris—renowned for its exquisite craftsmanship and elegant presence. Yet, its first email? A plain confirmation message with no storytelling, no emotion, no brand universe.

So, I reimagined it:

A refined visual layout – Editorial-style photography that highlights textures and details.

💭 Emotional storytelling – Introducing Polène’s Parisian DNA and commitment to craftsmanship.

👜 Showcasing iconic pieces – Featuring must-have designs like Numéro Dix and Cyme.

In luxury, every detail matters—and a welcome email should be no exception.
