Equal Rights for All
I’m a video editor and motion designer, driven by a passion for visual storytelling. Recently, I had the opportunity to edit and design motion graphics for a powerful film on Equal Rights, a project that challenged me to blend visuals and typography into a emotionally compelling experience.

What you'll see: 1) One of the key aspects of my work on this project was color grading. I started the main part of the video with a black and white aesthetic, stripping away distractions and emphasizing the raw emotion of each scene. Then, at a crucial turning point, I introduced a transition from black and white to full color, symbolizing progress, love and the power of change. The shift was designed to feel organic yet impactful, reinforcing the evolution of the narrative.
2) Another crucial element was the motion design applied to the typography. Rather than simply overlaying text, I carefully integrated it with the footage—letters moved with purpose, reacting to the energy of the visuals and enhancing the rhythm of the film. This helped create a stronger connection between words and imagery, making key moments even more powerful. For the first time, I also experimented the Parallax Effect, to add depth and movement to static images.
3) Finally, music editing and synchronization played a major role in shaping the film’s emotional depth. Every beat and transition in the soundtrack was precisely timed to match the visuals, creating a dynamic flow that guided the viewer through the story. The shift from color to black and white was also reinforced by the music, enhancing the emotional impact of that pivotal moment.
This project was more than just an edit—it was an opportunity to communicate a powerful message through motion design, video editing, sound and storytelling. I’m incredibly proud of the final result and excited, as a freelancer, for future projects that push creative boundaries even further.
