Alfred chatbot

Let me introduce you to Alfred.

In my projects, I always strive to rely as little as possible on externalities. Ideally, I would like all the technologies we use at Glyphe (our company) to be "home-made." This is obviously impossible, as we already have our hands full with our main product. Nevertheless, I wanted to explore the design of a chatbot named Alfred (not after the Batman movie but in reference to the engineer Alfred Vail who worked on Morse code). I thought that if we ever have the time to encode it, it would save us from paying exorbitant amounts for customer service, product update, and user feedback softwares.
