Today, I’m excited to share a fresh concept for an improved email client designed with customer needs in mind. I’ve focused on a few key areas where my current email experience especially with services like Gmail often falls short.
Challenges & Solutions:
- Seamless Account Switching Managing multiple accounts can be frustrating. To solve this, I’ve added a sidebar that displays all logged-in accounts, making it effortless to switch between them.
- Better Attachment Management Attachments can get buried in long email threads. To fix this, I’ve created a dedicated section where users can view and download all attachments in one place with a single click.
- Smart Email Categorization Sorting through emails can be overwhelming. To help with this, I’ve introduced categorized tabs (e.g., Unread, Others, and All Mails) for quick access to important messages, also you can add your own category.
- Priority Email Highlighting Important emails often get lost in the clutter. I’ve added a "High Importance" tag using AI to highlight urgent emails, ensuring users don’t miss critical messages.
- Enhanced Search Functionality Finding an old email should be quick and simple. The redesigned search bar provides category filtering to help users locate emails faster.
- Storage & Upgrade Visibility Running out of space is frustrating. The storage tracker at the bottom-left corner helps users monitor their usage and upgrade when needed.
