Making essential digital services accessible to all

To make record checks and credit reports effortless for a predominantly blue-collar audience, HURU needed a brand that felt both warm and approachable. Our mission was to rejuvenate the brand, simplify communication, and design an intuitive user journey that minimizes support dependency.

We began by transforming HURU’s corporate identity. Recognizing that the original design felt unapproachable, we swapped out the cautionary red for a welcoming green, reimagined the fingerprint logo as a friendly smile, and introduced engaging illustrations and icons that exude warmth and personality.

Building on this refreshed identity, we crafted a clear, step-by-step user journey featuring digestible information to reduce confusion. With straightforward navigation, intuitive visuals, and concise language, the platform now offers a seamless experience that’s accessible to everyone—even those with limited English proficiency.
