Problem Statement
Drop, a high-end custom furniture brand, operates a luxury showroom with a high volume of walk-in customers. Despite strong foot traffic, their sales team struggled with follow-ups, leading to missed opportunities and inconsistent customer engagement. Key challenges included:
🔴 Lack of a centralized system to track leads and follow-ups.
🔴 Manual record-keeping, making it hard to track customer preferences.
🔴 No structured payment follow-up process, leading to delayed payments.
🔴 No way to capture product interest visually, resulting in confusion about customer selections.
To address these challenges, I designed a Sales Tracking Application as a Proof of Concept (POC) to streamline lead management, follow-ups, and payment tracking.
