About this work
Redesign of CVS app home screen to change its interaction model from linking to interior pages to allowing for customers to view and take action on important jobs to be done from the app home screen. It contributed to growing user engagement with the app, with a 26% increase in monthly active users year-to-date and a 30% increase in app downloads. Driving 2x+ increase in cross-BU traffic, with 25% of new HS visits interacting with 2+ BUs across Rx, FS/Loyalty and Health versus legacy (11.1%), +216k cross-LOB visits over 3 weeks.
