This project included a complete UX process — from competitor analysis to creating a detailed User Flow and fresh visual style.
The main goal was to make ordering fast and intuitive while keeping the visuals bold and appetizing.
Key focus areas: smooth onboarding, easy search, and a well-structured cart and product screen.
