Characters of the Akbank Gamification Project

The goal of gamification project is simple: turning everyday tasks into engaging challenges that boost motivation and performance. By adding fun and friendly competition, gamification makes work more exciting for agents, helping them stay focused, be more productive, and ultimately drive better results.

To bring this vision to life, we combined gamification mechanics with a creative storyline, crafting a fun and competitive environment.

When defining Hikaye & Çağrı, we focused on highlighting key character traits that enhance engagement and connection. Also, we created side characters to deepen and enrich the story. Have fun, smile and press “L” to show some love :)
