This project features a sleek, elegant web design for JNPR Spirits, a French brand of alcohol-free spirits known for their stunning taste and natural botanicals. The redesign spans five key sections, “Sans Alcool” overview, cocktail recipes, best-sellers, and footer—blending a sophisticated dark blue and beige aesthetic with intuitive functionality to engage health-conscious consumers and cocktail enthusiasts.
Context
JNPR Spirits targets individuals looking to reduce alcohol consumption without sacrificing flavor, offering premium alcohol-free spirits crafted with spices and botanicals, free of alcohol and sugar. This website design aims to showcase JNPR’s unique value proposition, inviting users to explore their products, recipes, and brand story, appealing to a sophisticated, wellness-focused audience in France and beyond.
Problem
The challenge was to create a website that felt luxurious and approachable, effectively communicating JNPR’s alcohol-free innovation while standing out in a competitive spirits market. We needed to balance an elegant aesthetic with clear navigation, ensuring users could easily discover products, recipes, and brand details without feeling overwhelmed, while reinforcing JNPR’s commitment to health and quality.
Process
We dove deep into understanding JNPR’s audience—health-conscious cocktail lovers and wellness enthusiasts—by conducting in-depth surveys, interviews, and market research to uncover their tastes, habits, and expectations. Armed with these insights, I sketched out fresh wireframes and crafted interactive prototypes in Figma, bringing the elegant dark blue and beige vision to life. I worked closely with the JNPR team, iterating on designs based on real user feedback to ensure every element—from the hero’s newsletter form to the best-sellers grid—felt intuitive and delightful. We wrapped up with hands-on usability testing, observing users navigate the site and fine-tuning every detail to create a seamless, luxurious experience that truly resonates.
Solution
The final design features a cohesive, minimalist layout with a dark blue and beige palette, elegant typography, and striking visuals. The hero section uses a bold dark blue background with a newsletter sign-up form, promising cocktail recipes and a surprise for first-time users. The “Sans Alcool” screen highlights JNPR’s mission with a centered cocktail image and descriptive text, while the cocktail recipes section showcases a grid of beautiful drink photos with instructions. The best-sellers section presents JNPR’s top products (e.g., Signature Coffret, Baies de Genièvre & Botaniques, Tonics sans Sucre) in a clean grid layout, and the footer provides intuitive navigation (e-shop, cocktails, contact, FAQ) with legal links and branding, all enhanced by subtle hover animations and responsive design for a seamless user experience.
Key Insights
Through this project, I learned that users respond strongly to luxurious, high-quality visuals paired with clear, concise content, which builds trust and engagement for a premium alcohol-free brand. Testing showed that the dark blue and beige color scheme, combined with bold typography and interactive elements, reinforced JNPR’s sophisticated brand identity while improving navigation. This experience underscored the importance of aligning design with brand values and user needs to create an impactful digital presence for a niche market.
