As the head of design, I worked with TalkIQ to redesign the entire platform. The existing models were built mostly by engineers, so I had the task of making the product feel more user-friendly. Talk IQ was a pioneer in the LLM and Machine Learning space. We listen to billions of minutes of call data for sales and support and used AI to analyze each call. Then we were able to pull out sentiment graphs and interesting insights from every call to help inform teams on the efficiency of their call experience. I redesigned the entire platform from the ground up as well as did an entire rebranding for the business. My task was to try and make the intelligence of the platform easy to understand when volumes of calls were aggregated into a singular view. I hope you like the work that I did. I tried to keep it very simple and clean.
