Daily UI

Card-Based Layout

A card-based UI arranges content into individual containers (cards) that visually separate different items. It’s widely used in e-commerce, media platforms, and dashboards where images, text, and actions are grouped.

✅ Pros:

Visually engaging – Cards make content scannable and interactive.

Flexible & responsive – Works well across different screen sizes.

Ideal for mixed content – Great for layouts with text, images, and buttons (e.g., Pinterest, Netflix).

❌ Cons:

Space-consuming – Takes up more screen real estate compared to lists.

Not ideal for text-heavy content – Reading long-form information can be harder.

Can feel cluttered – Too many cards can overwhelm users.
