Daily UI

List-Based Layout

A list-based UI arranges content vertically, focusing more on text and structured information. It’s commonly used in email inboxes, social feeds, and messaging apps where users need to scan through large amounts of data efficiently.

✅ Pros:

Better readability – Easier for users to scan through structured content.

Compact & efficient – Displays more items in less space.

Ideal for text-heavy data – Works well for emails, blog articles, and search results (e.g., Gmail, Twitter).

❌ Cons:

Less visual engagement – Lists are less dynamic or interactive than cards.

Can feel monotonous – A long list of text items might not be exciting.

Harder for mixed content – Combining images and actions in a list can feel cluttered.
