Project objectives
The purpose of a Confidental website (mobile first approach) is to enhance communication, streamline processes, and improve the overall experience for both dental practitioners and patients.
Creating a dental website for a dentist involves considering both the professional needs of the dentist and the convenience of their patients. The success of the dental app will depend on its usability, security, and the value it provides to both the dentist and the patients.
A dental website aims to improve communication, increase efficiency, and foster a positive relationship between dental practitioners and their patients, ultimately leading to better oral health outcomes.
Problem statement
The gap between dentists and individuals suffering from dental issues represents a significant challenge in oral healthcare. This gap can manifest in various ways, contributing to delayed or inadequate treatment, increased discomfort for patients, and overall suboptimal oral health outcomes.
Dr. Nirmalya is experiencing a few major obstacles

His revenue has been declining for the past few months.
He was experiencing a decrease in patient appointments.
He has trouble effectively scheduling appointments, which causes pauses 
in the daily routine.
As an experience designer my main goal was to pay close attention to the main issues and pinpoint their underlying causes. I would begin examining using other UX approaches in order to extract it more clearly and determine 
the precise causes.
