Project Overview
HealthLife is a digital healthcare management platform designed to streamline the interaction between patients, doctors, and hospitals. The goal of this project was to design an intuitive and efficient dashboard system where users can upload medical documents, doctors can update prescriptions, and hospitals can manage patient billing.
This dashboard is specifically designed for hospitals, focusing on medical document storage, prescription management, billing, and case management.
Key Features & Design Goals
1. Patient Dashboard
Patients can upload and store medical documents (X-rays, test reports, prescriptions, etc.) for easy access.
View doctor-uploaded prescriptions for ongoing treatments.
Track hospital bills and payments—amount paid and pending dues.
Securely store and access medical history in a structured way.
2. Doctor Dashboard
Doctors can upload, update, and review patient prescriptions.
View and track patient medical history for better diagnosis.
Add medical recommendations and treatment plans directly to the patient’s profile.
Manage appointment schedules and upcoming consultations.
3. Hospital & Case Manager Dashboard
Case Managers can oversee patient treatment progress and documentation.
Billing & Payments Management: Track hospital bills paid by the patient and any pending amounts.
Medical Record Keeping: Centralized access to patient case histories and uploaded reports.
Monitor insurance claims, approvals, and pending transactions.
4. Notification & Alerts System
Patients receive alerts for new prescriptions, upcoming appointments, or bill payments.
Doctors get reminders for scheduled consultations.
Hospitals can notify patients about bill updates and medical report submissions.
5. Secure & Accessible
Role-based access control ensuring privacy—patients, doctors, and hospitals see only their relevant information.
