This presentation showcases the UI/UX design process for Senkron HR, a human resources management system. The goal was to create a user-friendly interface that optimizes key HR processes such as performance management, recruitment, personnel management, and payroll tracking. This process included research, wireframing, prototyping, and testing, with a strong focus on modern design trends, usability principles, and mobile compatibility. By designing an innovative and intuitive interface, we aimed to enhance HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for both employees and managers
