Persona Heath by Thai Health

Objective

Increase app downloads and maintain active user engagement by raising awareness of the application among target audiences interested in health and wellness.

Persona Health is an application that aggregates over 10,000 health-related articles, guides, and content from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (สสส.) network. The content is organized by categories such as gender, age, health topics, chronic conditions, diet, and exercise, allowing users to assess and track their health effectively. Additionally, the app offers health missions, enabling users to earn points and redeem rewards.

SUFFIX developed a comprehensive communication strategy that includes categorizing content into formats such as Edutainment—delivering concise, engaging knowledge to stimulate interaction, and Educational—providing in-depth information. Infographics are used to present complex information in a visually appealing manner, ensuring that health-related topics and app functionalities are communicated effectively.

The promotional strategy extends to influencer and KOL collaborations on platforms like TikTok and YouTube, partnering with influencers such as Workpoint, MonaMaison, and Ploy Chidjun. SUFFIX also manages online media buying, working closely with the Thai Health Promotion Foundation to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.

Regular weekly reports and monthly review meetings are conducted to monitor performance metrics, including app downloads and user activity. Content effectiveness is assessed based on predefined objectives, ensuring continuous optimization and improvement.
