Objective

Create an online materials database for the Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC).

Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC) wants to design a new materials database. TCDC serves as a central hub for gathering details on commercial materials and contact information for noteworthy Thai businesses, including information on materials and services in the central business district of Bangkok. The website they aim to create should provide information and serve as both a marketplace and a community for materials for the target audience.

SUFFIX begins by conducting User Experience Research, categorising it into four target user groups, which include designers, architects, students, and industrial entrepreneurs. Through in-depth interviews and user testing of the prototype website, SUFFIX develops and designs the website to cater to all user groups.

The website incorporates various functions tailored to different user needs, including general search, detailed search functionality, and filters for sorting data. This approach accounts for the diverse requirements and usage behaviours of the four user groups.
