Rasa Two

Objective

Create a website that generates awareness and facilitates the leasing of office spaces within the Rasa Two Building.

Rasa Two is a new office building designed for entrepreneurs and businesses in search of potential office spaces. The project is located on Petchaburi Road, offering convenient access via the MRT Petchaburi underground station, which is only 180 meters away. Additionally, it can be reached by boat, with a distance of 300 meters from the Asok Pier. Travel from the Airport Link station to the Makkasan station is also possible, with a distance of 300 meters from the building. This location is well-suited for international entrepreneurs and businesses.

The client aims to increase sales by highlighting the project's accessibility, which can be easily reached by various modes of transportation, including cars, boats, and the underground railway system. Additionally, it is easily accessible from the Airport Link station.

SUFFIX will design the website using images of the location and its amenities, as well as create a storytelling format to provide clear insights for entrepreneurs and businesses looking to lease office spaces, both locally and internationally. The goal is to enable them to have a comprehensive understanding of the project, making their decision-making process easier. This approach will also assist the sales team in closing deals quickly and efficiently.
