Project Overview

This project is a conceptual UI/UX design for a financial management platform tailored for a toy manufacturing company. The goal was to create an intuitive, modern, and visually engaging interface that simplifies financial tracking, budgeting, and analytics.

User Audience

• Primary Users: Financial managers, accountants, and company executives.

Secondary Users: Mid-level managers who need access to financial reports.

The interface is designed to be user-friendly and efficient, streamlining financial data management for professionals.

Dashboard – Interactive charts for income, expenses, and profits, with quick access to financial reports.

Expense & Revenue Tracking – Simple transaction form with categories and receipt uploads for documentation.Budget Planning – Set financial targets and receive spending limit alerts.

Design Approach

The design follows a minimalist and structured approach, ensuring clarity and ease of use. The color palette consists of blue, mint, and orange, creating a professional yet modern look. Typography utilizes Roboto, ensuring excellent readability and a clear hierarchy between headings and body text. The intuitive UX guarantees seamless interaction through the logical grouping of elements for quick navigation. Thoughtful iconography enhances usability, making financial data easily perceivable. As a result, a clean, functional, and efficient interface has been created, optimized for financial management.

Deliverables

The final design is presented in Figma, ensuring a structured and well-thought-out interface. The interactive prototype allows for UX validation and testing of key user flows. The UI Kit (Style Guide) includes the color palette, typography, buttons, icons, and charts, ensuring design consistency. As a result, a functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly interface has been created, tailored for financial management needs.
