BAANPANNA

Objective

Create a marketing strategy to increase sales and brand awareness for BAANPANNA.

BAANPANNA is a 5-storey home office located next to Central Festival EastVille. The project is developed by Panna Living, a real estate company.

SUFFIX worked with the internal marketing and sales team to identify the appropriate communication strategy and target audience to convert into sales. During the process, SUFFIX conducted competitive research as the project is in a highly competitive area.

We conducted a deep dive into the target audience looking for a new home office. The target customers for this project can use the home office space for various businesses, such as small animal hospitals, as Central Festival EastVille allows pets inside the mall, to clinics, as the area is not only adjacent to the mall but also quite a few residential projects in the area.

Once we had the information on the target audience we wanted, we applied that information to our communication to make the target audience, entrepreneurs, see both the potential and opportunities for business from buying a home office.
