Product Design for Offx
OffX is a marketplace for secondary crypto assets and OTC trading.
Here's the things that I focused on Offx Redesign:
Confusing or Lengthy Onboarding Flow: I streamlined the onboarding process by removing unnecessary steps and clarifying required actions. A progress indicator and concise instructions guide users through each stage, ensuring they understand what’s coming next.
Inconsistent UI Elements: I created a unified design system that defines consistent color palettes, typography, and component styles. This established visual harmony across the platform and made the interface more intuitive.
Poor Visual Hierarchy and Cluttered Interface: I reorganized content and emphasized key actions using clear headings, sufficient spacing, and contrast. By grouping related information and placing primary CTAs front and center, users can now quickly find and act on critical features.
Lack of Feedback and Confirmation: I implemented clear notifications, toasts, and confirmation messages for each significant action. This provides immediate user feedback and reduces confusion about whether a process has succeeded or failed.
Inconsistent or Weak Branding: I defined brand guidelines that include a cohesive color scheme, consistent messaging tone, and unified imagery. By aligning these elements, Offx.Tech now presents a more memorable and trustworthy brand identity.
Inefficient Navigation and Information Architecture: I restructured the menu and introduced essential UI elements, such as breadcrumbs and clear labels, to guide user journeys. This logical flow helps users locate features efficiently and reduces friction when exploring different sections.
Lack of Mobile Optimization: I adopted a responsive design approach, ensuring the layout and critical functions adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes. Touch-friendly interactions, larger tap targets, and optimized page loading make the product significantly more accessible on mobile devices.
