Thai MICE Connect

Objective

Increase awareness and engagement on the Thai MICE Connect platform.

Thai MICE Connect is an E-MICE platform in Thailand designed to connect service providers with those planning MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events, ranging from workshops and seminars to corporate outings.

Working in collaboration with the TCEB team, SUFFIX identified two primary user groups for the platform. The first group consists of independent event organizers and internal company teams, such as HR departments, meticulously planning various activities from educational workshops to company social events. The second group includes service providers, like seminar organizers, accommodation providers, hotel amenities, and diverse workshop experiences.

The goal was to develop strategic campaigns that not only enhance the platform's visibility but also boost engagement among current and potential users. Specific promotional strategies were tailored to connect event planners with service providers effectively. Additionally, compelling content was created to communicate to both sides, facilitating user access to the platform and maximizing its benefits. This approach aimed to create a symbiotic relationship between event planners and service providers, enhancing the overall functionality and appeal of Thai MICE Connect.
