CompHealth Job Listing Landing Page

I was tasked with improving CompHealth's out-dated job listing landing page with a fresh coat of paint, without changing the underlying page structure. I added a friendly face, some brand voice, and better visual hierarchy. Conversion rates jumped by 50%. This is the before/after.
