This project presents a thoughtfully designed online lab prescription app, created to streamline the process of accessing laboratory services with a seamless digital experience.

Rooted in Design Thinking and guided by the Double Diamond methodology, the design journey began with deep research to understand user needs, followed by a structured approach to problem-solving. Through discovery and definition, we identified key pain points in traditional lab service workflows. In the development and delivery phases, we crafted a minimalist, intuitive, and user-centered UI, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and laboratories.
