Halo BCA is a support service application that provides assistance and services for BCA customers and non-customers that can be accessed at any time through chat and phone call. This idea was developed by a team consisting of three members who participated and emerged as top-5 finalists in the BASIC International Competition 2023.
🎯Goals
We decided to upgrade the application with additional features to enhance the support for customers. These features include: Note-Taking Call, Two-way-verification in changing personal data, and uploading documents by online without going to the Bank
