Plaza Avenue aims to maximize the potential of the zone. Rather than creating just one space, they envision establishing multiple locations, each with its own unique character.
Pain Points & Objectives:
This kind of business like a compound space is quite new in Indonesia and people not familiar with the concept of it. That's why strong visual identity branding needed to make people remember Plaza Avenue as their top of mind. Also, hoping the visual identity help convey what Plaza Avenue about.
With their hopes to make some places not only one with different specialty of the places, but the visual identity also needs to be versatile yet strong and acknowledged as one unit by Plaza Avenue.
Premium and credible branding is needed to attract big brands, stalls, event organizer, also high-spender's customers.
Solution and Conclusion
Given the audience's unfamiliarity with the compound space concept, we designed the visual identity to be as simple as possible to clearly communicate what Plaza Avenue is and highlight its benefits.
The decision to use a monochrome color scheme was significant, but both we and the client are pleased with the outcome. This choice aligns with the need for future brand collaborations, allowing easy adaptation to any color palette. We also believe the environment at Plaza Avenue provides enough vibrancy to bring color to the space, as seen in the visuals above.
