Study Case: Working with a tight deadline, is it possible?

Tight deadlines aren’t always avoidable; sometimes, circumstances are beyond everyone’s control. But when challenges arise, it’s a shared responsibility between us and the client.

In this case study, we explore how we solved Karajana Studio to tackle their brand and marketing collateral needs in tight timeframe.

Karajana Studio is an interior design studio based in Malang. Recently, they needed to participate in an exhibition attended by a majority of young families, high-society moms, and business owners. It was crucial for Karajana Studio to convey their values effectively to the attendees.

To tackle this challenge, we began by prioritizing tasks with laser-focused precision, allowing us to address the most critical elements first. We also maintained transparent communication about what could and couldn’t be achieved within certain timelines, ensuring we stayed on track to achieve our goals.

We were thrilled to help Karajana Studio summarize some of their values into the brochure and X-banner designs. Additionally, we created a looping motion video advertisement suitable for both large and small screens.

Beside the marketing collaterals, we also designed their ID card and lanyard. They needed something simple yet powerful enough to grab attention and enhance brand visibility. That’s why we used their main colors in solid tones instead of white. Considering that most people wear white clothing, a colored lanyard would stand out more and draw attention to the brand.
