Membership System for Business Sustainability ✨

As a growing business, MyBali Coffee recognizes the crucial role of existing customers in generating recurring revenue. To address this need, a membership system has been developed for loyal MBC customers. This annual membership program offers customers a range of benefits, including loyalty points, discounts, and exclusive purchase promotions when making purchases through the website, all for a single payment covering an entire year.

In this implementation, a new plugin was specifically developed for integration with the WooCommerce payment system. The system is designed to detect whether the user account has a valid membership ID. If a membership is identified, the system will automatically apply the relevant membership promotions to each transaction. To ensure sustainability and prevent abuse, transactions can be limited if customers reach certain thresholds, either in terms of the quantity of items ordered or the total spending amount.

Each membership tier will display detailed information about the benefits users will receive. This is why the membership details page is designed to be more informative to drive conversions: user sign-ups for memberships.
