We’re excited to share the high-fidelity wireframes we did for AudiencePlus.
The Client
AudiencePlus is an AI-powered platform focused on audience marketing, designed to help businesses build and nurture meaningful relationships with their customers. The platform leverages first-party data to create personalized content, improving engagement and driving conversions. AudiencePlus allows companies to own their audience, bypassing third-party algorithms, and provides tools for content distribution, audience insights, and intent signals. With a focus on community building, the platform is a comprehensive solution for brands looking to enhance their B2B marketing strategies.
The Challenge
Our project began with a clear goal: to design a platform that seamlessly integrates audience management, content creation, and AI-driven insights. Initially, the plan was to develop three core product concepts—Audience, Content, and Signals—before expanding into full-fledged designs. However, after an early round of user interviews, we discovered a major shift in user needs. Instead of prioritizing AI-powered Signals and automation, users expressed a stronger demand for front-end flexibility, customization options, and content control. Many users were already using their own AI tools and didn’t see the need for another built-in assistant. This unexpected pivot required us to rethink our approach and restructure key features to align with real user expectations.
The Solution
To adapt to these evolving needs, we designed a platform that prioritized transparency, usability, and intuitive workflows. The Audience Management section was built to provide a clear, structured view of subscribers and their interests, enabling better targeting and engagement. We introduced a new "Creators" feature, allowing admins to manage content contributors and track their impact.
For Content & Collections, we redefined the creation experience by introducing a split-screen interface. Instead of static previews, users could now edit content on one side while seeing live updates on the other, creating a seamless and intuitive workflow. This approach was mirrored across the platform, ensuring a familiar and consistent experience.
While the original plan focused on Copilot AI as a central feature, we adapted by integrating it as a lightweight widget. Instead of overwhelming users, Copilot became an optional tool, providing real-time insights and suggestions without disrupting the content workflow. We also revamped the Homepage and Site Editor, introducing structured templates and real-time previews that allowed users to customize their experience effortlessly. The Analytics & Search functionalities were restructured for clarity, grouping platform data into digestible sections and refining search filters to help users find relevant information quickly. Lastly, we streamlined Navigation, reducing clutter and reorganizing related features under logical categories to enhance discoverability.
The Results
By shifting our focus from AI-first automation to user-driven flexibility, we delivered a platform that empowers content creators and admins with the tools they actually need. The restructured workflows for content creation and audience engagement significantly improved usability, making it easier to manage subscribers, track content performance, and optimize engagement. The enhanced front-end customization options provided users with full control over their platform’s look and feel, aligning with diverse branding needs. Additionally, by maintaining a cohesive and scalable design system, we ensured that the platform remains adaptable to future feature expansions.
