Gem Painting Customization Website ( My Gem Art )
My Gem Art, a custom gem painting platform is a visually engaging e-commerce website designed to offer users a seamless experience in purchasing either pre-made gem paintings or customizing their own. The platform is divided into two main sections: the main page for browsing existing gem paintings and a customization tab where users can upload personal images to create their own gem artwork.
The platform provides a clean and user-friendly experience for customers. For personalized creations, users can visit the customization tab, upload their photos, and choose their prefer gem type ( normal or premium ) and frame type to create a custom gem painting.
As a UI/UX designer, I led the design process for this project, focusing heavily on creating a polished and intuitive user interface. I collaborated closely with the development team to ensure the design was not only visually appealing but also aligned with technical constraints. The project was developed using Photoshop for designing wireframes, UI elements, and interactive components.
Key responsibilities :
• UI Design & Prototyping : Developed all UI elements, including buttons, forms, navigation menus, and layout structures, ensuring a seamless and visually consistent experience.
• Design Iteration : Though I focused on UI, I ensured that the designs were user-friendly by aligning them with basic UX principles, such as clear calls to action and an easy-to-follow checkout process.

• Pre-Made Gem Paintings : A carefully curated selection of pre-made gem paintings displayed in a user-friendly grid layout.
• Custom Artwork Creation : Users can upload their own photos, choose the gem quality(normal or premium), frame type and place an order with just a few simple steps.
• Streamlined Checkout Process : A simplified order process requiring only contact details (phone number and address) to complete the purchase.
• Frame Selection : Clear options for selecting frame types, designed to enhance the overall aesthetic of the product.
This project highlights my strength in UI design, with a focus on creating a visually appealing, consistent, and functional design. The project took approximately a week to complete, from initial concept to final implementation.
