A web platform that streamlines administrative tasks for doctors and medical staff.
Healthcare professionals spend significant time on administrative tasks such as managing schedules, accessing patient charts, and handling reminders, which reduces their focus on patient care.
This platform focuses on helping medical professionals manage their schedules, store and access patient charts, and simplify routine administrative tasks. A user-friendly interface provides a customizable dashboard, AI-powered reminders, and seamless integration with existing healthcare systems, the platform aims to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce friction, allowing doctors and nurses to focus more on patient care.
The design process includes the following phases
1. Discovery - This phase focuses on understanding the needs of doctors, nurses, and patients by conducting thorough UX research and analyzing the target audience
2. Define - In this stage, the primary tasks and user journeys are clarified, ensuring that the platform is structured to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. Information architecture is developed to create a logical flow of content and functionalities.
3. Ideate - Various solutions are brainstormed, and user flows are created to visualize the interaction between healthcare staff and the platform. Initial wireframes are produced to design the interface structure and user navigation.
4. Solution - The final design concept is crafted with a focus on usability, visual simplicity, and efficiency. The UI design is refined, and a UI kit is developed to ensure consistency and scalability for future platform updates.
