Fitness mobile app | Exercise tracking

During workouts, users can log sets, track current progress, and review past weights in a tracking table. A note highlights their best lifted result, while a segmented controller provides exercise instructions and workout history.

Additionally, users have access to a timer and stopwatch to track rest periods, exercise duration, or total workout time as needed.

After completing a workout, users receive a detailed summary with duration, calories burned, exercises performed, and sets completed. They also earn achievement rewards and have the option to share their results on stories or social media.
