Brand concept for company with initials RG

A company with the initials RG want a rebrand. They have rejected this idea, but I still feel it has some mileage I would love to hear what you guys think? Is it a P&G or is it clear enough? The two words would always be displayed next to it to ensure that there was less confusion. Any thoughts?
