RetailFlow - Multi-Store eCommerce Dashboard
Project Overview
RetailFlow is a comprehensive multi-store eCommerce dashboard designed to help sellers manage inventory, orders, and sales insights in one place. The goal was to create an intuitive interface that allows seamless management of multiple stores, improving efficiency and decision-making.
Problem Statement
Sellers managing multiple online stores often face fragmented workflows, requiring multiple platforms for inventory tracking, order processing, and customer management. RetailFlow aimed to simplify and unify these processes in a single dashboard.
Research & Strategy
To understand user needs, I conducted interviews with eCommerce sellers and analyzed competitors like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. The focus was on data visualization, ease of navigation, and real-time updates to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Low-fidelity wireframes were created to establish the initial structure and tested for usability. Interactive prototypes allowed for A/B testing to refine the design based on user feedback.
Final Implementation
The dashboard was integrated with live analytics, order tracking, and inventory alerts, ensuring real-time monitoring. A responsive design approach ensured seamless functionality across desktop and mobile devices.
Results & Impact
The new design improved order processing efficiency by 40%, reducing inventory errors by 30%. The streamlined interface significantly enhanced the user experience, leading to increased engagement and improved business operations.
Reflection & Learnings
Scalability was identified as a key factor for growing businesses. The importance of customizable dashboards became evident, allowing sellers to tailor their workflow to suit specific needs.
