Platform for the Employee Availability Management System

Hey everyone! This time, I’m excited to share the design concept for an Employee Availability Management System that I created for recruiters. The main goal of this project was to simplify the process of tracking candidate availability and connecting them with relevant job positions.

The design focuses on simplicity and ease of use, providing quick access to a list of candidates where you can see key information — from their name to their specialty and availability for the next three weeks. All of this information is neatly displayed in a single card, allowing recruiters to make decisions quickly. For user convenience, I also implemented the ability to view detailed information about each candidate without leaving the list.

I paid special attention to the yearly availability view for each candidate, which helps recruiters easily plan long-term cooperation.
