Redesign of app installer

Users often struggled with the installation process due to an unclear setup wizard, leaving them uncertain about what to do at each step.

To address this, I thoroughly analyzed the entire flow, identified user pain points, and established a clear direction for the redesign. My focus was on making each step of the wizard intuitive and easy to follow. I streamlined the process to eliminate unnecessary inputs and simplify user actions. For example, I introduced quick SharePoint registration and implemented other enhancements to improve the overall experience. Additionally, I added a visual progress indicator, allowing users to clearly see their current step and how much remains until the installation is complete.

As a result, the redesigned wizard enables users to install the product quickly and effortlessly without needing additional support.
