Taking a logo to the next level

I enjoy a good challenge and in 2024 I had to pleasure of working with Seam to improve their logo mark. The briefing asked for reduced complexity, a better visual balance, more rounded corners, and a aspect ratio closer to 1:1. After a lot of experiments and incremental improvements and revisions we landed on the version above. Both the client and I are very happy with it, and I think it looks great even on small sizes, as can be seen in the header on the website.
