This project focused on modernizing an outdated construction management app designed for on-site workers. The app’s core purpose was to help construction teams track project tasks, receive real-time updates, and manage personal to-do lists alongside official assignments.

The redesign aimed to simplify the user interface, ensuring a seamless experience centered on task completion, monitoring progress, and quickly accessing project status. The goal was to create an intuitive, distraction-free environment that prioritized clarity, efficiency, and ease of navigation, even in demanding on-site conditions.
