Recruitment and Awareness Campaign
Carilion Clinic is constructing a new tower that will house an expanded Emergency Department and host the region's leading centralized cardiovascular care team. We built this set of landing pages with the goal of giving the recruitment and awareness campaigns a web presence. The main tower landing page and the Explore page are meant to showcase the new building while the Careers page contains a real-time list of job openings used to attract talent from across the United States.

Key Takeaways
This was a fun project that presented several unique challenges. We needed to create a set of pages to showcase the new Tower but also serve as a place to send web traffic for the purposes of recruitment. The solution we came up with was this 3 page section that lived on the main healthcare system's website that had 1 page that addressed both needs, 1 page that served the needs of our recruitment team, and 1 page that showcased only the Tower. Each page had components that linked to the other pages using highly visible CTAs to ensure that users could easily find what they were looking for, whether it was learning about the new Tower construction or looking for a job.
