Vivo is a strength training program designed for older adults, offering small-group, live virtual classes via Zoom. These interactive sessions provide real-time engagement between participants and instructors.

This Vivo App will serve as a central hub for members. The app will integrate with Zoom for seamless class participation, allow users to view and manage their class schedules, access workout details and assessments, explore articles and resources, and engage in Daily Challenges to stay motivated
