Welnes leaderboard was all about motivation, engagement & turning weight loss challenges into a game users actually wanted to win. I designed a dynamic, easy-to-scan leaderboard that not only showed users their position in the challenge (overall or within their fitness-level group) but also gave them a clear path to climb higher. With a smart nudge on how many points they needed to hit #1 and tips on earning them, the screen sparked a competitive edge. The result? A 25% boost in user engagement!
